Scope Of Work
This project is across the street (to the west) from Lakewood Place and is directly north of Lakewood Town Center. The first phase of the development was completed in 1998 and phase two of the development was wrapped up in 2001. The project is approximately 92,000 square feet and is anchored by Rite Aid and Petco.
