Wig Properties purchased land located at 17100 - 17250 Southcenter Parkway in Tukwila, WA in February 2005. The shopping center contains approximately 230,000 square feet of retail space and is located on an 18.77 acres parcel. The first tenant opened to the public on September 14, 2007. The center includes tenants such as Kohl's, Nordstrom Rack, DSW Shoes, Chipotle, and Panera.
