City of New Haven, 34 Lloyd St/198 River St, New Haven, CT,
Assisted with remediation management of the contiguous 34 Lloyd Street (Northern Portion) and 198 River Street properties for redevelopment. Activities included preparation of the implementation of a health and safety program for the PCB and VOC impacted portions of the sites. Handled Field oversight of the 34 Lloyd Street portion of the site for PCBs under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) as well as groundwater well installation, sampling, and characterization of waste.
