Scope Of Work
Award Construction teamed up with Ashford Electric to provide City of Bellevue an upgraded Water Pump Station. Award installed (2) new 7.5 HP pumps, (2) 20 HP pumps, and (1) 125 HP pump, a pressure relief valve, bladder surge tank, and associated piping. Electrical components also included new VFD's, 125kW generator, Automatic and Manual Transfer swtiches, and new PSE Transformer. This project required a full temporary pump station to bypass the system while construction occured. The project also incorportated a new grassy pave access road and site landscaping.
