Scope Of Work
The project consisted of 5 phases to renovate 15 classrooms spread throughout 8 floors within two historic CMU buildings. Renovations during the summer months created a very tight schedule where procurement and coordination had to occur instantly and accurately. The nature of the project resulted in 3 “Pre-construction” periods where the design was thoroughly reviewed against budget and phasing was recommended. This was essential in meeting the project’s financial and timeline objectives while still allowing the Design Team to specify creative finish selections and products.
