Scope Of Work
Customer need demolition of interior and renovation of exterior of two 8 unit apartment buildings. All work needed to be done prior to the start of school, which gave a limited timeline for construction.
THE IDEA
Due to OliverSperry’s proactive on-site efficiency, daily communication and innovation during arising issues, the project was able to meet the deadline given.
