THE CHALLENGE
Owners found prime location on Tennessee Street that needed major upgrades to the interior and exterior.
THE IDEA
OliverSperry Renovation was able to Value Engineer the old dreary and drab “BEDS, BEDS, BEDS” building within the Owners budget.The façade was updated with a unique modern wood style, and the interior included a build out with modern finishes to help showcase their retail items best.
