Description: Patriot Construction Management, Inc. provided Preconstruction Services for a fully functioning acoustic recording studio constructed in a fully populated college. Patriot retained all design consultants and major subcontractors in order to develop both a budget meeting the owner's expectations and a complete set of construction documents.
