Seward L. Schreder Construction, Inc. (SLSC) provides General Contracting, General Engineering, Lease-Leaseback Development, Construction Management and Project Development services to a variety of school districts throughout California. SLSC is now in our 18th year of business. SLSC¹s highly qualified staff has over 80 years of experience in the construction industry, with the majority of that experience in school construction. We have an outstanding combination of planning and practical experience with K-12 facilities.

SLSC has focused on providing our clients with an alternative to the traditional and often adversarial Design-Bid-Build construction process. Seward L. Schreder Construction, Inc. has successfully completed many projects using the Lease/Leaseback delivery method.

SLSC¹s main philosophy is, and has always been, that we become a partner to the District¹s staff, not merely a Developer/Contractor. We believe that by creating a partnership with all the stakeholders in the project, we achieve results that meet and exceed the expectations of the District. We identify the responsibilities of each Project Team member and assist them in becoming successful in those tasks, thus resulting in the success of the project as a whole.
