Scope Of Work
CHALLENGE This 48 story, 1,050,000 sq. ft. high rise in downtown Houston stands as one of the most unique contributions to the Houston skyline in a number of years. Its sharp angles, shimmering steel blue glass facade, and unique interior finishes make it a true work of art. Harvey Builders was chosen for their ability to deliver the quality workmanship that such a building demanded. FSG was chosen by Harvey for their experience in electrical construction that was going to be needed to bring this masterpiece to life.
SOLUTION FSG put together a highly detailed and precise engineering plan and project management plan for this project. From just in time procurement due to space limitations, to balanced labor curves to keep the project on time and on budget, FSG brought all its electrical construction experience to the table to deliver a truly world class design build to a first class project.
RESULT In the end, FSG was able to deliver, as contracted, complete electrical services so that Harvey could deliver the completed building to the owner in time for the first tenants to move in as expected!
