Scope Of Work
A resort development at Lake Pend Oreille includes a three-story clubhouse, a 30 unit, four-story wood frame condominium with high end finishes, site development, utility services, and the marina. Lydig also executed pre-construction services focused on value engineering. The Clubhouse has a fitness center, spa, locker rooms, community room, dining area, kitchen and administrative offices. An extensive pool and hot tub area was built bordering the lake.
