These touch points connect you with your coworkers and business partners on a personal level and have created an ongoing relationship, regardless of position, which continues to impact my life daily.

As a child, Andrew was much younger and smaller, but over the years he has grown far older and larger. Such dramatic manipulation of both time and matter may initially sound extraordinary, but rest assured it is quite ordinary.  Perhaps the most interesting thing about Andrew is his remarkable ability to spew nonsense when tasked with creating a website profile.

I like camping with my family, I have three kids and three dogs at home, am a Deacon at my church. Lydig has given me an opportunity to grow professionally and more time with my family, they truly are a family oriented company!

A WSU Grad, Go Cougs!! I enjoy spending time with my wife and son. My family and I love sports and are huge Seahawks and Mariners fans. What I like about estimating is the challenges and being involved in a project at the beginning. A great quality about Lydig is their commitment to the employees, great relationships with clients and subcontractors.

Beer maker and mountain biker, loves his dogs and family. Involved in True Hope Church and the IBU Homebrew Club. “I love my job because I get to see a new set of plans weekly and have the opportunity to bid so many interesting projects in our region.”

Born and raised in Vancouver Washington, I moved to the Spokane area to earn my bachelor’s degree at Eastern Washington University. In my free time I like being out on the lake fishing for bass off my kayak, playing some classic country on my guitar or watching some Patriots Football! Everyone at Lydig treats each other like family and are always striving to get better. There is nothing like the atmosphere here at Lydig.

Born and raised in the greater Seattle area, I’m a recent UW grad and an avid fan of the Huskies and Seahawks. I enjoy being with friends and family, and staying active by spending time snowboarding in the winter, and hanging out on Lake Sammamish and the Columbia River in the summer. As a project engineer for Lydig, I have the chance to help foster the teamwork that is imperative to the success of construction projects.

Joining the Lydig team in 2019 as a Project Manager, I was aware of the stellar reputation and impressive list of projects this company has already built. But now being part of this team I understand why the successes came, and what more achievements the future undoubtedly holds. It’s a privilege to work along side knowledgeable, talented professionals who share the same goals of bringing a positive impact to our clients, industry partners, and the communities we all live in. Knowing that a company appreciates and supports you makes it that much easier to give everything you’ve got to the project!

I am a recent University of Washington graduate and a huge Husky supporter. I enjoy spending my free time snowboarding in the winter and playing basketball in the summer. Working at Lydig allows me to help my home in the Pacific Northwest grow and improve while building lasting relationships on and off the jobsite. 

I love to bake and decorate cakes. I love anything outdoors, camping hiking, and especially swimming. I appreciate that Lydig is willing to take in people new to the industry, like me, and allow them to be part of so many different aspects of a project, in an effort to help them understand.

BSU Construction Management graduate with an amazing family that has allowed me to follow a great opportunity here at Lydig. I enjoy the Outdoors and every activity it has to offer in the winter and summer. A huge draw to Lydig for me was the family atmosphere; a great work environment makes the job easier and more enjoyable.

My career took an unexpected turn from science to construction. Sometimes opportunities present themselves in non-traditional ways, and I am thankful that I made the leap. One of the great things about Lydig is that it is a company that values people’s abilities, sees their capabilities and harnesses the potential of each person to grow professionally.

I’ve been obsessed with cities and buildings since playing SimCity as a kid. Thankfully, as a marketer in the construction industry, I’m able to combine my passion for marketing with my love of the built environment. I enjoy working at Lydig because of the team and family culture – in the office or on the jobsite – knowing that regardless of task, title or seniority, someone at Lydig has my back and will help me perform at my best, and get the job done.

I had the tremendous opportunity to lead the first joint venture for Lydig in 2005 - a $197 million Design Build detention center. This led to our first major project outside of Washington, a $100 million correction center in Southern California. Our success is a result of the incredibly talented and committed teams we assemble.”

Dedicated husband and father of two; typically we’re found in the woods or at the lake in our free time. Lydig is a family oriented company that empowers its employees to work together as a team. It gives me pride to know how many of our craftspeople are loyal to Lydig because of the integrity with which we work and the quality of our finished product. Seeing people enjoying our buildings, knowing they’ll be living, working, and learning in these spaces for years to come, is a big part of why I enjoy getting up for work each day.

I enjoy spending time at the lake with family and friends, playing racquetball, and drinking red wine. It’s a good feeling to see a project on paper and what the end results are when you’re done. I’ve worked for Lydig for over 34 years and have seen a lot of people come and go over that time. It’s also nice to work with so many different business partners over the past years who have now became great friends.

Born on the East Coast (Myrtle Beach, SC), I was a nomad after my tour in the US Army. Ultimately, I landed in Bothell in 1996 with my lovely wife and have been a resident here ever since. I love Washington and all it has to offer including snowboarding, hunting, camping and motorsports. I feel very fortunate to be a part of the extended Lydig family and am committed to ensuring Lydig’s continued success.
