Scope Of Work
Yates Construction provided construction services for Bandera County Justice Center in Bandera, Texas. The justice center houses two courtrooms, one district court, and one multipurpose courtroom capable of being divided into smaller hearing rooms, as well as administrative offices, prisoner holding areas, and deliberation rooms for multiple juries. An Emergency Operations Center (EOC) is provided adjacent to the dispatch/911 area and emergency management coordinator’s office. A classroom is located adjacent to the EOC to serve as a public briefing room during emergencies and provides classroom space for the adult probation department. A 96-inmate capacity jail is located adjacent to the courts and law enforcement facilities, and has adequate support spaces to allow for multiple expansions.
