Scope Of Work
Yates Construction provided construction services for this Capstar Partners tenant improvement project in Austin, TX, which includes final office space development for three floors of the Hartland Park Office Complex. Each floor includes 30,000 SF of partition development, glass and glazing, floor finishes, wall finishes, ceiling finishes, mill-work, window treatments, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and fire alarm systems.
Level eight of the facility has achieved LEED® Silver Certification for Commercial Interiors. The project includes a wide range of sustainability-minded programs and materials including storage and collection of recyclables, construction waste management, recycled and regional materials, and Forestry Stewardship Council certified woods. The project further included minimum energy performance, chlorofluorocarbon reduction in HVAC&R equipment, and lighting efficiency strategies to reduce energy consumption.
