Scope Of Work
Gardenview Assisted Living in New Iberia, Louisiana is a 56-unit assisted living facility. The wood frame structure features an exterior finish of a one coat stucco system with brick veneer wainscot around the entire perimeter. Each living unit houses its own private bath, kitchen, dining and living area. The main area of the building houses administration offices, public living and dining areas and a full service commercial kitchen.
