Mrs. Fortenberry joined The Lemoine Company in 2017 as Chief Financial Officer. She ensures the financial health of the organization by managing budgets, financial operations, and annual reports. Mrs. Fortenberry is also responsible for the organization’s risk management program and continuous improvements of the organization’s financial analysis, accounting and reporting. Additionally, she serves as the company’s liaison to banks, insurance brokers, sureties and other resources within the financial community.
Mrs. Fortenberry is a 1992 graduate from Louisiana State University, with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, and maintains her Certificate of Public Accountants (CPA) license. She is affiliated with numerous professional organizations including: the Society of Louisiana CPAs, the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA), and the Construction Financial Management Associations (CFMA), at both the national and local level.

Serving as President and Chief Executive Officer of the organization since 2001, Mr. Lemoine is the flag bearer for the Company’s focus on excellence, innovation and advanced delivery models to meet the dynamically shifting needs of today’s construction consumers. He began working for the family company in 1975 at the age of 20, serving as Cottonport Lumber Company’s Administrative and Financial Manager. Mr. Lemoine then played a vital role in transitioning Cottonport Lumber Company into The Lemoine Company, serving as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for 18 years. In his current role as President, Lenny continues to lead and expand the organization, overseeing the construction of some of the Gulf Region’s most recognizable structures.
Mr. Lemoine attended Louisiana State University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business. He was named Acadian Business’s Entrepreneur of the Year in 2013 by The Independent. He is affiliated with numerous professional and nonprofit organizations including: Louisiana Association Board of Industry Board of Directors, Associated Builders and Contractors National and Pelican Chapter Board of Directors, and the University of Louisiana at Lafayette Foundation Board. He serves as Chairman of the Lafayette Central Park Board of Directors, a non?profit organization that is overseeing the transformation of the “Horse Farm” into a premier public park. Mr. Foster joined the organization in 2013 as Vice President with over two decades of construction and engineering experience. His diverse background includes experience in the preliminary design, preconstruction process and construction management of large, complex projects under the construction management/general contracting format. He is accountable for the management, operations and profitability of all construction projects within the New Orleans market and has ultimate responsibility for projects delivered safely, on schedule and to the satisfaction of our customers. In addition, Mr. Foster leads the organization’s efforts in planning and developing systems and procedures to improve quality and efficiency through all phases of construction.
Mr. Foster received his Masters of Science in Architectural Engineering with emphasis on Construction Management from the University of Kansas in 2008, after receiving his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology. Mr. Foster is a certified Professional Engineer, Project Management Professional and a Certified Professional Constructor. He is also a LEED AP BD+C accredited professional by the U.S. Green Building Institute. In 2003, Mr. Rice joined The Lemoine Company as an Estimator. Furthering his experience through management of the Small Projects Division, he was promoted to Preconstruction Manager in 2008. As head of Preconstruction, his responsibilities included subcontractor and supplier relationship management, budget development, estimate review and oversight, design assist and overall guidance of the estimating team. Mr. Rice was promoted to Vice President in 2013 and provides overall guidance to the Construction Managers, Project Managers, and Superintendents. He is accountable for the management, operations and profitability of all construction projects within the Baton Rouge Market and has the ultimate responsibility for projects delivered safely, on schedule and to the satisfaction of our customers.

Mr. Lemoine joined the organization as an Office Engineer in 2002. After a period working in the estimating department, he went on to become the Small Projects Division Manager and then Vice President in 2008. Now serving as Group President of Infrastructure, Mr. Lemoine provides overall guidance to the Construction Managers, Project Managers, and Superintendents within his Market. He is accountable for the management, operations and profitability of all construction projects within the Infrastructure sector, which includes municipal and civil construction projects. Mr. Lemoine has the ultimate responsibility for projects delivered safely, on schedule and to the satisfaction of our customers. He also leads the effort in workforce development, building the craft curriculum and acting as an instructor.

A third generation builder, he was promoted to Vice President in 2008 for his accomplishments in all facets of the business including field operations, estimating and project management. As Vice President, he provides overall guidance to the Construction Managers, Project Managers and Superintendents. He is accountable for the management, operations and profitability of all construction projects within the Lafayette Market. Mr. Lemoine has the ultimate responsibility to deliver projects safely, on schedule and to the satisfaction of our customers. He also oversees the development and advancement of Lemoine’s Information Technology (IT) Department.

Mr. Comeaux is the Director of Organizational Development and Human Resources for The Lemoine Company. In this role, he is responsible for developing, implementing and coordinating strategies for companywide training as well as recruitment, employment of staff and craft, retention of employees and research of our markets and peer companies. Additional accountabilities include managing placement, training and performance of employees to ensure the availability of qualified applicants to meet the needs of construction operations while ensuring low turnover. Rudy maintains focus on employee relations and culture while striving to drive continuous improvement in areas of need.
Mr. Comeaux was promoted to Director of Organizational Development and Human Resources in 2015 after working for Lemoine for seven years. In 2008, he joined The Lemoine Company as an intern while studying at Louisiana State University and was employed upon graduation as an Office Engineer. His career in operations continued to grow, holding various project management positions from 2008 to 2014.
Mr. Comeaux is a 2008 graduate of Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. He also holds a Minor in Business Administration from LSU and has completed the Human Dynamics Uncommon Leadership Academy.
