In light of the economic downturn and sensing the changing industry trends, synergyone was created in 2008 to compliment RdM Architecture and its architectural services, spawning a single-source design-led design-build venture as a synergistic project delivery approach to the healthcare industry.

As CFO of RdM Architecture PA and CEO/CFO of synergyone, Jill Mack, provides dual leadership roles and is a client constant in both design and construction services. Licensed in North and South Carolina, the firm is also a certified HUB Enterprise in North Carolina.

With over 20 years of experience in both architecture and construction, Barrow Koslosky  provides that single-source continuum of service leadership from concept to completion bridging the design and construction activity, working to reduce project time and money. His leadership with our BIM services

Chuck Blanchard, in the construction industry for almost 30 years, works side-by-side with Mr. Koslosky to prepare a project for construction and to then lead its delivery in the field.  Utilizing our Building Information Modeling, 3D representation and 4D scheduling, Mr. Blanchard provides the leadership role to manage and direct subcontractor work with efficient and direct communication always sensitive to a 24/7 operation, safety and IDC.
