Vista Sciences Corporation (VSC) is a self-certified Small Disadvantaged Business that successfully graduated from the Small Business administration’s 8(a) program in 2015. From our corporate headquarters in Las Cruces, New Mexico, we have been servicing government and private industry throughout the United States since 2001.

VZ Technologies, LLC (VZT) has been a fully-owned subsidiary of VSC since 2016. Prior to VSC’s graduation from the 8(a) program, VZT was established as an 8(a) Joint Venture in June of 2011.  VSC was the 8(a) Managing Partner and in 2016 purchased the minority company shares.VSC was the 8(a) Managing Partner and in 2016 purchased the minority company company shares. VZT is currently in the process of merging with VSC.
