Scope Of Work
A new multi-level Orthopedic Ambulatory Surgical Center that will connect directly to the east side of the existing Van Demark Building. At the basement level, this building will tie in to the existing concourse tunnel via a new underground tunnel from the covered vestibule area to the northeast. This building will span over 17th Street to the north and coincide with a large parking lot renovation to include the vacation of Euclid Ave.
