Estimating & Project Management

A Project Manager and Estimator is in charge of completing construction projects on time and on budget. This hard working and knowledgeable individual will be the main contact during all phases of construction. They will secure the correct zoning and entitlements, select contractors, and create a working schedule and budget. Once the project in underway, they will be the representative to see your building project become a reality.

Jobsite Management

A Job Superintendent will over-see the daily progress of your construction project and make sure the work is done in a timely and safe fashion.
