Scope Of Work

This exciting project consisted of constructing a new FBO terminal building on the grounds of the Clarksville-Montgomery County Regional Airport at Outlaw Field. The project included an extensive sitework package, structural steel building frame with EIFS exterior, and all new interior finishes for a Corporate Business Center.

PBG Builders was the selected Contractor for the terminal building and additional work included the relocation of an existing hanger building, a new parking lot, and paving of an existing runway and apron areas. Impressively, all of the construction and renovation work was completed without any interruptions to the airport services or flight operations.
