Victor is the President and Principal of VMS Construction. As President, Vic’s current duties include overseeing all administration, sales, financial and estimating of the corporation. Contact Vic if you have a project that you would like VMS to assist you with.

Andrew is an Estimator for VMS Construction and has over 20 years experience in the construction industry

Elizabeth is the Office Manager for VMS Construction and she joined the company in January 2013. 

Ralph Cameron joined VMS in August 2018 as a Project Manager. Ralph graduated from University of Maine and brings over 20 years of experience in Project Management and Estimating to our team.

Sean Paquette joined VMS in September 2020 as a Project Manager. Sean has over 20 years of experience of Project Management. Sean graduated from Vermont Technical College.

Stephen has been with VMS since 2018.

Teresa is a Financial Manager for VMS Construction and has been working in the construction industry for over 15 years. Her responsibilities include all aspects of the financial and accounting procedures of the company. 

Dave Lewis is a Superintendent for VMS Construction and joined the VMS team in 1997 and has over 30 years experience. 

Dave Simons is a Superintendent for VMS Construction and joined the VMS team in 2016 and has over 30 years experience. 

Ed Butler is a Superintendent for VMS Construction and joined the VMS team in 2011 and has over 32 years experience. 

Myron Johnson is a Superintendent for VMS Construction and joined the VMS team in 1994.
 

Vic Shappy Jr. is a Superintendent for VMS Construction and joined the VMS team in 2003 and has over 15 years experience.
