Scope Of Work
The Cleveland Clinic and Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) have partnered together to construct a four-story, 485,000 SF Health Education Campus (HEC) on an 11-acre site at the gateway to the 185-acre Clinic Campus. The lead architect is the world famous Foster + Partners located in London, England with the local Westlake Reed Leskosky serving as architect of record. The construction management team is a joint venture between Donley’s and Turner with G. Stephens, Inc. providing project engineering, scheduling, cost estimating and document management services as a sub-consultant.
