Scope Of Work
Cleveland Public Square has been transformed from four individual quadrants into a singular public park that can be used throughout the year for a wide range of programs and events. Grants from Cleveland’s philanthropic and corporate leaders laid the groundwork for the Public Private Partnership necessary for construction to begin. In late 2014, the Group Plan Commission selected the Design-Build Team (DBT). This DBT joined with the existing design team to complete the project.
