Scope Of Work
This multi-phase Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) project consisted of 36,000 sq. ft. of new construction and 76,000 sq. ft. of renovations. Boasting a campus of 68 acres, with a capacity for 248 inpatients and a medical staff of nearly 500. The new outpatient entry, consisting of a two-story oval lobby, cantilevered vehicular canopy, and exaggerated elevator tower, is a highly visible entrance to the hospital. The project budget was $34.5 Million.
