Scope Of Work
Located in the center of the campus, this 198,000 sq. ft. facility required special consideration for the surrounding campus in operation. Positioned on a tight urban site, specific considerations were made to allow the continuation of student activities in the surrounding area, while at the same time, progressing construction. The expansive facility provides space for student group offices, student meeting areas, computer facilities, and acts as a general nucleus for student activity on campus. GSI provided construction management duties, quality control, change order management, project engineering and project administration.
