Scope Of Work
The Deerwood Apartment project included the renovation of six subsidized housing apartment buildings which consisted of 72 one, two and three bedroom apartments.
Renovations included new electrical, plumbing, HVAC, windows, playground, expanded community building, sidewalks and interior/exterior finishes.
