Scope Of Work
Originally opened in 1930, this 400 person movie house, has undergone a complete renovation and expansion. The renovation included restoration of the original plaster, original stage and original upper balcony seats. The expansion included a new staging , dressing rooms, meeting/reception space, storage and bathrooms. New HVAC, electric, mechanical and plumbing systems were added.
