Scope Of Work
The W on Broadway was an adaptive reuse, Historic Preservation Tax Credit project dedicated to improving downtown Paducah. BHIK Investments added eight new luxury apartments above Hooper’s Outdoor Center, an existing recreational equipment retailer. Ray Black & Son managed all the construction and the tax credit application process.
