Scope Of Work
A 34,000 sq.ft. tenant build out from a cold dark shell provided by the landlord. Construction was started well before the center was complete in order to have the store complete for the Grand Opening. This required our project teams to work closely with the landlord (Burnham Ward) as well as the landlord’s construction manager (LevelPM) and Contractor (Snyder Langston) regarding sequencing, access, and constructability.
