Scope Of Work
The project scope of work was to renovate the reception area, create an open office area with a hard ceiling detail surrounded by individual offices, conference rooms break room. Our work included total demolition of the existing 4059 sq. ft. of space. The project was turned over to a very happy client in 4 weeks. Services include preconstruction, value engineering, scheduling, coordination with vendors.
