Scope Of Work
Our team was awarded the redesign of an old science lab into a new Innovation Laboratory for Montgomery Elementary. We worked closely with school administration DCSD officials to implement the project that began during the school year on an active campus site. The scope of work included a new HVAC mini split unit, new electrical power lighting distribution to accommodate the new lab layout, painting a special chromakey green wall that replicates the green screen in recording studios for in-lab tv broadcasts video. Services included preconstruction, scheduling general contracting.
