Scope Of Work
The project scope included a program center; infirmary; and extensive site work for new parking, bridge and water feature, bell tower and sensory trail. The program center includes 7,004 sf and includes program space, trading space, test kitchen, office, bathrooms, and storage as well as lower level mechanical, bathroom and program space. The infirmary includes 2,839 sf of space for sickbay, kitchen, and nurse residence quarters.
