Scope Of Work
Metis recently completed a 6,300 sq ft renovation at First Energy. It was an extensive remodel of the fitness center, locker rooms, kitchen and large cafe. The locker rooms had new ADA compliant shower stalls installed along with pocket doors between the locker room areas and restrooms. The kitchen and cafe were transformed with new backsplash tiles, food service grade quartz countertops, food stations and booth seating. New millwork, flooring, lighting and paint in all areas completed the upgraded spaces.
