Scope Of Work
Popped! opened a 2nd location in Ravenna in late August 2019. The new space was a 7,500 sq. ft., 116-year-old building that needed serious attention due to age and general neglect. The goal was to retain the original feel and spirit of the historic space. After Metis updated the electric and plumbing, the flooring was replaced throughout with a tile pattern that reflected the building’s age and era. The tin ceiling was too fragile to restore so it was scrubbed and repainted. The historic charm is back.
