Scope Of Work
There were many things to accomplish with this renovation to update and improve the space. Wall sections in the press room were removed and opened for garage door installs. A removable knee wall section under the garage door was installed so that equipment could be brought in and out of the space more easily. In the lab, the drop ceiling was replaced with plastic gird work to minimize corrosion from moisture. New sound dampening ceiling tiles and flat panel LED light panels were installed. The oven wall was reframed for new ovens. All areas had new drywall and fresh paint and trim. Finally, the entry door to the pump house was replaced.
