Subcontractor's qualifications are frequently checked in order to assure confidence in their financial solidity, number of craft persons, technical knowledge, and VE analysis. Subcontractors must demonstrate that they have the resources to complete the scope of work in a timely fashion and with quality workmanship.  These are the characteristics that RAM requires from our subcontractors so we can provide the best product for our clients in a timely manner.
