Scope Of Work
The Leon High School Music and Science Building Project consisted of the complete renovation of 13,422 square feet of institutional space. The major elements of construction included the complete interior demolition of the existing building, the total installation of a new HVAC system, a compete electrical package, new plumbing and bathroom systems, new steel mezzanines in the renovated space for both mechanical equipment and school-related storage, the installation of instructional music sound-proof rooms, ADA upgrades and an entire finish package. The project was completed during the summer and finished on time in 78 calendar days.
