Scope Of Work
Louella Court Mansion was the original estate that the town Philadelphia Mainline town of Wayne occupies. CS Holloway purchased the estate home and converted it into 12 high-end condominiums starting at $1,000,000 for each unit. The Historical Commission required that the exterior had to look simular to what was there utilizing the majority of the existing building. Atlantic Green Pro was tasked with removing the paint from the stucco surface and opening and also removing any stucco that was failing.
The key challange was the local residants who where opposed to the construction traffic, noise and dust that might be coming from a project.
Atlantic Green Pro's solution for removing the paint consisted by utilizing our Geo Blaster wet abrasive blasting system that produced no dust while removing the paint and failed stucco.
The client was more than happy with the results, because it made the work after we were done easier for the stucco company and in the end saved him a lot of time and money.
