Falk modernized multiple existing classroom buildings totalling approximately 21,620 square feet, including hazmat abatement, selective demolition, structural retrofit, ADA compliant modification, new architectural finishes, roofing, doors, storefronts and windows, casework, specialty items, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, & electrical system. Also included are the associated site improvement work.
