Scope Of Work
Construction of a new 13,692 sq. ft. one story Physical Education Building consisting of structural steel building with metal stud walls. The new building includes specialized areas for Weight Training, Dance Studios and Fitness Studios bathrooms and staff offices. Also included is all associated site work which includes a new 21,000 sq. ft. parking lot, all site utilities and landscaping.
