Scope Of Work

Demolition of an existing fire station and building a new two-story 12,562 square foot steel and masonry essential services building. The building includes a full apparatus bay, elevator, kitchen and living quarters. This building incorporates a bullet resistive construction in most exterior elevations. Works include all the architectural finishes, doors, windows, roofing, casework, specialty items, and MEP systems, and all the associated site utility work, parking lot, landscaping, irrigation, fencing & gates.
