Scope Of Work

Parkway Music had outgrown its local facility and wanted a building which could handle their expanding retail and musical lessons business. The modern state of the art wood frame structure features a first floor lobby and a retail guitar sales section for acoustical and electrical guitars, accessory display casses and musical repair rooms. The second floor has cathedral 12' finished ceilings and functional dormers zoned for products and lessons. The open floor plan allows for the display of drums, keyboards, speakers, light displays suspended from the ceiling and has expansion capability. There are nine lesson rooms and a rehearsal room, office area and lobby. The building's interior walls and floors are sound insulated to help keep the transfer of sound from room to room and floor to floor at a minimum.
