Scope Of Work
Design Build - Work included entrance renovations, a new gatehouse & 2 ticket booths, a new 10,000 SF maintenance building, parking area, fenced in maintenance yard, new restroom building, renovations to existing pool area, new interactive play feature, resurface existing pool deck, equipment upgrades, resurfacing and re-striping existing parking lot.
