Scope Of Work
The work consists of construction of a new 9,182 SF administration building to be LEED compliant, new communication and IT systems, new security system infrastructure, site electrical including installation of a new FPL service, site lighting, site security access, new parking lot, signage, landscaping and irrigation. Also
included new AOA fence, above ground fuel storage tank, emergency generator, and building canopies
