In the early •go's the company did mostly site preparation, underground utilities, water pipelines, land clearing, roads and septic system installstions. Other projects included tilt-up corcrete panel buildings, pruided rough terrain crane service and did gravel mining and hauling. In the mid to late 90's were primarily a residenbal construction contractor though we did several commercial projects-In the late 90's through 2006 there were numerous acquisitions and sales inwlving plats, land divisions, lots and acreages as well as Fomes. In 2007 David and James went back into home construction and designed and 'Jilt very high-era home illistrated. As the residential market collapsed, we made the business decision to design art build the best post frame, stick frame and steel frame buildings in the region. We have experienced SDgronth in c•ur business each of the past two years wi&. most of our projects being n-ost cost effective approach, post framepole buildirgs and the rest is . history and nuv a •aery excibng future for our company, Anderson Buildings and the work we are passionate about and truly Ixe.
