When these homeowners found an older house on a harbor nearby, they knew they had found the spot for their forever home. After considering a few renovation ideas, they decided to start anew. Limited by zoning and the narrow lot, our team designed a seaside home to match their empty nest wish list. This right-sized home feels spacious. Yet it provides plenty of cozy, private areas. With gorgeous harbor views from all rooms.
