Started in 1963, Zerance Construction is a family owned, & operated business. Ray Zerance, Sr. (founder, past owner 1932-2017) started the company with 1 goal, to be the best emodeling, & construction compamy in central Pennsylvania. The Company's motto, "Quaility", our most important product, instituted back in 1963, is still being delivery to our customers today. Over the years, Zerance Construction has built new homes, remodeled existing houses, & done comercial renovations through out the mid-state. With over 44 years of providing quality service to our customers, Zerance Construction is leading the industry into tomorrows furture.

Ray Zerance, Jr. (president) assumed ownership of the company in 2000. In 2003, the business's operating structure was incorporated in the State of Pennsylvania.With The States adoption of the Uniform Construction Code (Act 45 of 1999) Ray Zerance, Jr has spent many hours attending seminars, classes, & conferances learning of the changes required for todays building code. As an associate member of PENNBOC's Region 5 (Pennsylvanias Building Officials Conference) and working closely with local Code Enforcement Officers, Zerance Construction will provide an on time, on budget project, consistantly.

Zerance Construction pledges to provide honesty, truthfulness, & 100% satisfation of quality for services rendered, all the time! For larger projects, schedules will be posted allowing the customer to know what event is happening on any perticular day. The company will treat your property with the respect it is entitled too.
