Scope Of Work

This on?going phased project consists of a 7000 sq. ft. single?story masonry addition to the existing elementary school that will add new Learning Commons, 2?classrooms, Conference Room, 3?bathrooms/shower, and other support spaces. Site work around the addition includes regrading for a retention pond, asphalt paving for playground activities, and concrete sidewalks connecting the new addition to existing playground and building. Phase I is currently 75% complete with an anticipated substantial completion date of 1/11/2018. 

Phase II, set to begin summer 2018, includes a multi room renovation (7000 sq. ft) of the existing school. This renovation will include significant interior demolition and new buildout construction to rearrange the existing spaces into new programmatic areas. The inclusions will be new restrooms, kitchen, food pantry, and several reconfigured classrooms. Unique to Phase II is a new community health clinic with several exam rooms, one of which will feature a dentist chair and required support equipment. All infrastructure for the dental equipment was planned and installed in advanced by Troop during Phase I. 

The school was able to remain operational during construction through unique planning of construction activities, temporary protection, and proper scheduling.
