Scope Of Work

?The project consisted of an 800 Sq. ft. building addition to the existing library to incorporate a new media laboratory. Work at the addition consisted of temporary steel shoring and new structural steel, demolition, excavation, foundations, new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, roofing, and complete  build?out construction. Other major work in existing library consisted of a new main entry storefront (with a revolving door) and various demolition and build?out of   spaces in the library.   Phase II consisted of demolition and build?out of the library’s o?ce spaces. All new finishes were installed through out. A specialty wood ceiling system was incorporated into the existing ceiling at various locations.
